Who are Patsy and Patrick…

As a Chesterfield native, Patsy has served as a Professional Real Estate Broker in the Richmond, Chesterfield and Tri-cities area for over 30 years. She also taught both new and seasoned agents for over 15 years, all while serving her ever growing client base.

Patrick joined her in Real Estate after successfully operating a local small business and as a project manager for a local construction & renovation company.

Together, Patsy and Patrick take the time to get to know their clients and any specific needs, in order to provide educated options and negotiate the best terms possible for them during the process of buying and/or selling a home.
